Since 1897, our family is constantly striving to give the possibility to those who reach our beautiful valley, to find a suitable restaurant. We are a family run hotel, which owes its longevity to the historical and cultural sites that preserve and their rough beauty, and the typicality of their cooking. We tried as much as possible not to alter the subtle balance of gourmet, typical of the Ligurian west, preserving old recipes, reinventing taste simple and genuine, almost forgotten by those who daily has to deal with the relentless speed its clock. Produce on-farm family, the majority of raw materials, which constitute the backbone of our dishes. From our vineyards, Ormeasco D.O.C. and Meregone of claret, which marry well with the venison, snails, and the first plates of homemade pasta that usually found on our menu. A family that now more than a hundred years, are still here, working to make you enjoy today, the good and simple things of yesterday.
