***: The average recipe. If you are not hopelessly clumsy, but rather appreciate, from time to time, trying yourself at the stove, and you've already got some appreciation from your friends. These recipes will be a sure success!

Preparation

  1. Lay on the table 100gr of white flour, 50gr of sugar and a pinch of salt, add two egg yolks, 50gr of softened butter and grated orange peel. Mix all the ingredients and form a soft and elastic dough.

  2. Shape it into a kind of ball. Let it rest for at least half an hour covered with a moist linen cloth. Roll out the dough using a rolling pin until it reaches a rather boxy shape. Divide it into four parts.

  3. Prepare 4 apples, peeled and cored, remembering to fill them with a tablespoon of peach jam. Wrap the apples with the dough, get rid of any excess and lightly press the tail end of the dough, in the hollow of the petiole. Bake for about 30 minutes at 170 degrees.

Bon appetite !!
